Production times vary by item:

  • Apparel: ~10–12 business days

  • Footwear & custom items: ~18–25 business days

  • Incorrect addresses provided by customers

  • Delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Because all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse (wrong size, wrong color, change of mind, etc.).

However, we offer replacements if:

  • The product is damaged

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

  • The design differs significantly from the listing

Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the issue

We will review and provide a replacement or partial refund where applicable.
