Because all of our products are made-to-order using print-on-demand manufacturing, returns and refunds have specific conditions.
Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
1. All Items Are Made to Order
Every product is custom printed and produced individually after you place your order.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or refunds for these reasons:

Wrong size chosen

Wrong color chosen

Change of mind
-
Ordering by mistake

Not liking the style or fit
-
Minor color differences due to screen display or printing variations
Please double-check product descriptions, size charts, and details before placing an order.
2. Eligible Refunds or Replacements
We offer free replacements or refunds if:
2.1 Defective or Damaged Items
If the product arrives defective, damaged, misprinted, or clearly different from the product description.
2.2 Incorrect Item Received
If you received a different item than what you ordered.
2.3 Poor Print Quality
If the print quality is blurry, faded, or significantly misaligned.
2.4 Lost in Transit
If the package is officially declared as lost by the carrier.
2.5 Major Manufacturing Error
If the design placement, color, or construction is significantly incorrect.
3. Requirements to Request a Refund or Replacement
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

4. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

Digital products (if any)
Because each item is produced on demand, we cannot restock or resell returned products.
5. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled only before production begins.
Once your order enters production, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately with your order number.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within:

3–7 business days for most payment providers

PayPal: usually instant, but sometimes 24–48 hours

Credit/Debit cards: may take 3–10 business days depending on your bank
If you have not received a refund after 10 business days:

7. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases where:

We shipped the wrong item

The item arrived damaged

The item has a manufacturer defect
For all other cases, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
8. Return Shipping (If Required)
In very rare situations where we request items to be returned (usually not required for POD):

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
9. Exchanges
Because products are made to order, we do not offer direct exchanges for different sizes or colors.
If you want a different size or style, you will need to place a new order.
