2. How long is the production time?
All items are made to order. Average production times:

Accessories: 10–15 business days
Production begins once payment is confirmed.
3. How long does shipping take?
Delivery times depend on your location:

USA & Canada: 5–10 business days

Europe/Australia: 7–14 business days

Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
Total estimated delivery = production time + shipping time.
4. Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can only be changed or cancelled before production begins.
Once the item goes into production, we cannot modify or cancel it.

5. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Since all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

6. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

We will send a free replacement or offer a refund.
